Improving your health requires more than just a little packet of information – it’s a continual, learning, growing, and evolving process.  You also must have a support group to back you up against the 99 out of 100 people out there that are going to tell you the opposite of what you’ll be led to believe here.  Otherwise you might try some of the suggestions here for few months, stumble across something else, and then something else, and drift away – making your whole attempt to get on track and learn the fundamentals of good health a waste of time and money.
